Senior Manager, Responsible AI and Privacy

Ra’ad Siraj is an executive leader with deep expertise in data, AI, and emerging technologies. He currently serves as Senior Privacy Manager, Responsible AI and Privacy at Amazon, where he helps shape and implement frameworks that advance trust and responsible innovation. Prior to Amazon, he led AI Governance and Ethics at MassMutual, developing strategy and capabilities to promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI and data-driven systems.

Ra’ad’s career spans leadership roles in both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, including serving as CTO of The Boston Company Asset Management, Director at MIT Investment Management Company, and Head of Data Solutions at State Street Global Exchange. He has also held roles at Endeca, Eaton Vance, and Investors Bank & Trust, with a consistent focus on scaling data platforms, governance, and business value through technology.

He has served as an adjunct professor in machine learning, sits on several startup boards, and holds degrees in computer science from UC Santa Barbara and Harvard University.
