About the IAPP

Beth Graham is an attorney who focuses on data privacy and security, intellectual property, technology transactions, and alternative dispute resolution. She earned a B.S. degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, a M.A. in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she was an Eastman Memorial Law Scholar. Beth is licensed to practice law in Texas and the District of Columbia. She also holds CIPP/US and CIPP/E designations and she is a Certified Information Privacy Manager.
