About the IAPP

Nathan is a Senior Compliance & Assurance Manager for Privacy and Data Protection at ANZ based in Wellington. Prior to ANZ, Nathan was a Senior Privacy Advisor at Vodafone and has worked in privacy for 7 years with experience in law firms, consulting and in-house roles. Nathan holds IAPP’s Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications and is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).

Nathan studied Law with German at the University of Sheffield, spending a year in at Freie Universität in Berlin, and did his Masters in Constitutional Politics, Law & Theory at Birkbeck, University of London. Born and raised in London, Nathan moved to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2021 with his husband and enjoys discovering the best of what Aotearoa has to offer.
