About the IAPP

Anne Toth is a strategy consultant and digital trust expert working in technology policy and privacy. Anne has held leadership positions at a number of well-known technology companies including Yahoo!, Google, Slack, and Amazon and was the Head of Technology Policy & Partnerships as a member of the founding team at the World Economic Forum's Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in San Francisco. Anne has testified before Congress about online privacy and behavioral advertising and before the Article 29 Working Party in Europe on search data retention policies. She speaks regularly on the topics of privacy, security, accessibility, responsible innovation, ethics, DEI, and on the role of women in technology.
