About the IAPP

Karsten Holt, CIPP/E; CIPM; CIPT; FIP, has worked as an attorney in privacy law for about four years, advising mainly private SME clients. He is part of ADVODAN – Denmark’s largest chain of independent law firms, is the chairman of the ADVODAN working group on privacy law, and headed the chain's GDPR compliance project. He has also helped several other Danish law firms in their efforts to become GDPR compliant and advised The Association of Danish Law Firms on its internal GDPR project and teach on their courses for member law firms. Holt is also the CEO and co-founder of DPO Team, providing external DPO services for all types of organizations. His other main specialty is employment law.
