Mike is a recognized leader in the field of data privacy and cybersecurity law. With over 12 years of experience, he has a deep understanding of the complex legal and technological issues surrounding emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, vehicle telematics, and cloud computing.
Currently, Mike serves as Managing Counsel at Mercedes-Benz R&D North America. In this role, he advises the company on AI, privacy, data, and emerging technology navigating the ever-evolving legal landscape of data privacy and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining Mercedes-Benz, Mike served as Senior Privacy Counsel at Hagerty, where he built a multinational privacy program. He spearheaded efforts to launch new products and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
