Marta Dunphy-Moriel, CIPP/E
Marta is a British/Spanish bilingual fully qualified lawyer (Solicitor/ Spanish abogada) and legal translator. Pragmatic, business (and solution) orientated, assertive and loves working in a team. She is bilingual in English and Spanish as well as fluent in French. Marta specialises in all areas of data protection and privacy and has significant experience working with pan-European and global businesses to achieve compliance. She has a particular interest in AI and privacy issues in the health and health tech sectors as well as in media and travel. She regularly contributes to professional publications on a variety of privacy and data protection topics. She is also a regular speaker at sector specialist events as well as client events. After working in Madrid (Baker McKenzie and Bird&Bird), Marta moved to the Fieldfisher London privacy team, working for a brief period in their Silicon Valley office. She joined as a partner at Kemp Little in 2019, now Deloitte Legal.
