Liston Johnson is currently the Global Data Protection Director for Coty.



Liston started his career at SIRA (Scientific Institute of Research and Application) as an Analyst/Programmer.



He then moved to Research in Motion (BlackBerry) where he helped build and managed the IT infrastructure responsible for their iconic device throughout EMEA.



This led to Liston joining Canon where he had roles of an ISO27001 lead auditor, digital forensics investigator as well as working on GDPR compliance.



At Coty, Liston is responsible for all matters concerning data protection where Coty has operations.



He holds a MSc in information security from Royal Holloway.
