Delphine Charlot is a Senior Managing Counsel, Privacy and Data Protection at Mastercard. Delphine has extensive experience in privacy, data protection, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Delphine has specialized in the financial industry where flows of data are at the heart of innovation. More particularly, she leads a global team of privacy attorneys who enforce an ambitious privacy program focusing on innovative products and services leveraging AI technology - initially in the context of fraud prevention and fight against cybercrime, and now in relation to marketing and personalization tools. Working in a tech company, she loves supporting the business when they build new platforms and technologies and does so through a strong approach to Privacy-By-Design as well as external outreach whenever needed.
