Sian Rudgard advises on all aspects of data protection law and spent several years working as a solicitor for the Information Commissioner before returning to private practice. Sian has extensive experience in managing international data transfer projects and, specifically, has an unrivalled level of knowledge of BCRs and BCR for processors as a means of legitimising international data transfers.
