About the IAPP

Victoria is the Chief Privacy Officer & Data Governance Vice President at Teva Pharmaceuticals. She leads the Privacy, AI Governance, Records & Information Management and Cyber-Security regulatory areas at global level.   

Victoria has a wealth of public and private sector experience including the European Commission, banking, chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors in multiple functions such as Legal, Compliance, HR and Finance. She has a keen interest in shaping policies and regulations and interacting with regulators and policy makers on behalf of the industry. She is passionate about driving policy decisions that both protect fundamental rights and society, as well as drive innovation and prosperity for businesses. Such efforts lead her to Co-Chair the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Association Data Governance Working Group for five years. She is also recently established and co-chairs an IAPP Knowledge Chapter in Cambridge and East England. 

Victoria holds an LLM in European Studies and International Law and an Honors Degree in Law. She also has a multiple professional qualifications including Green Belt Sig Sigma, CIPP/E, CIPM and AIGP.
