Anand Raj Shah is a Privacy and Data Security Associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where he assists clients across industries in managing risks and incidents associated with their information practices, product offerings, and transactions. He navigates the full range of cybersecurity, privacy, and information governance issues including data breach response and preparedness. He advises clients on complying with federal, state, and international data protection laws and regulations. Prior to private practice, he served as a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, prosecuting cybercrimes, and was on the legal team at Mandiant Corporation.
