About the IAPP

Dariusz Czuchaj is a senior associate in Dentons’ Warsaw office. He maintains a broad technology practice, advising clients on complex ITC procurements, intellectual property, e-commerce and protection of personal data.



Dariusz deals with practical, legal aspects of emerging technologies such as big data and cloud computing by structuring commercial agreements, providing compliance advisory and representing clients before the data protection authorities and other government agencies. Dariusz has significant experience in drafting IT agreements that protect clients from cybersecurity risks.
