Faith Myers, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP
Faith Knight Myers is McKesson’s Chief Privacy Officer and the SVP, Compliance & Ethics for the CoverMyMeds business segment. Faith leads the Global Privacy Office at McKesson, which is responsible for overseeing enterprise privacy compliance and providing compliance guidance on data privacy and related issues at the state, federal and international level. She is also responsible for overseeing operational compliance and ethics for CoverMyMeds, which is the unified McKesson brand that encompasses RelayHealth, RxCrossroads by McKesson and McKesson Prescription Automation.
Prior to assuming these roles, she served as Chief Counsel, Regulatory Operations, for the technology division of McKesson Corporation, where she provided legal guidance and support on a variety of health care regulatory matters, including privacy and data protection matters. Faith started her legal career in the Atlanta, Georgia area where she was a member of the Healthcare practice groups at Alston & Bird LLP and Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP. Prior to joining McKesson, Faith served as an Associate General Counsel at Emory University/Emory Healthcare for six years, where she supported its initial HIPAA implementation.
Faith is currently the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta where she volunteers to provide legal advice to local non-profits. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, Corporate Counsel Women of Color and the Marietta-Roswell Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
