About the IAPP

Judy Macior is Operational Risk Director at Experian where she works on first line of defense risk, privacy and compliance in the Marketing Services and Auto Business Units. She joined Experian in 1999. Prior to joining Experian, Judy was in the banking profession for 17 years holding various positions including vice president, compliance officer, and bank counsel. She has presented seminars for several organizations in the compliance, banking, and legal community. Judy received her B.A. from Northeastern Illinois University, and her J.D. and her LL.M. (Real Estate Law) from the John Marshall Law School. She holds the following certifications:  Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), (CIPP/G) (Government), CIPT, (CIPP/C) (Canada) and FIP from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the Institute of Certified Bankers.   She has served as Co-Chair of the local IAPP Knowledge-net in Chicago and served as Chair of the Training Advisory Board for IAPP. She is also active in the Association of National Advertisers and she currently serves on the ANA Ethics Policy Committee as Chairperson, in addition to currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Youth Centers where she is Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee.
