About the IAPP

Erica Finkle is the ShareSF Program Manager in the San Francisco Mayor’s Office. Erica works on the data team where her primary areas of focus are cross-agency data sharing, data governance, and data privacy. Her work aims to mature the City’s management and use of data for purposes such as program and outcome evaluation as well as effective, holistic, and integrated service delivery to residents. 



Prior to joining the City and County of San Francisco, Erica spent the first five years of her career in London as an attorney for Linklaters LLP representing foreign governments, corporate entities and financial institutions on complex, multinational financial and corporate matters. She holds a Master of Public Policy with distinction from the University of Oxford and a JD from Columbia Law School.
