About the IAPP

Tara is currently Counsel & CPO at ownerIQ, a digital advertising technology company in Boston.  In this role, Tara built and maintains the privacy program, including adherence to NAI and DAA self-regulatory programs, as well as other legal matters. Previously, Tara was a privacy compliance consultant for advertising technology companies (including ownerIQ as a client). Tara works with engineers, product managers, and sales to integrate privacy.

 

Prior to entering the digital advertising field, Tara was in-house legal counsel at Cru, a global non-profit organization.  Tara received a B.S. from Miami University, and J.D. from Regent University.
