About the IAPP

Roslyn Vadala is the Senior Legal Counsel - Data Protection & Digital at Nestlé's global headquarters in Switzerland, responsible for driving Nestlé Group's data protection strategy and providing legal and commercial support to Nestlé’s global marketing and media function. 



Prior to joining Nestlé headquarters five years ago, Roslyn was a Corporate Counsel & Privacy Officer at Nestlé Australia. Her past experience also includes the role of General Counsel at LG Electronics Australia and she was a commercial & IP lawyer in private practice. With over 15 years' experience working with FMCG companies, Roslyn has an excellent understanding of B2C business issues in a fast moving world.  



Roslyn has spoken at numerous conferences and is member of WFA Digital Governance Exchange, the Centre for Information Policy and Leadership, the Swiss Holdings Data Protection Taskforce and an editorial board member of the Journal of Data Protection and Privacy.
