About the IAPP

Rosemary Kuperberg is Assistant General Counsel, Privacy at Demandbase, the market leader in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

As part of her role, Rosemary helps Demandbase find practical ways to meet global data protection requirements. She works with Demandbase’s product team on incorporating privacy by design into its services while helping Demandbase’s customers accomplish their goals. She takes the lead on evaluating privacy and compliance requirements for new technologies used by Demandbase to select the technology that best supports privacy and meets the company’s needs.

Rosemary earned her J.D. at George Mason University School of Law and her B.A. in International Affairs at The George Washington University. Rosemary is licensed to practice law in Florida and Virginia, and she holds CIPP/G, CIPP/E and CIPP/US certifications. She serves on the Education Advisory Board and previously served as co-chair of the IAPP’s KnowledgeNet for Central Florida. She speaks at conferences regularly about privacy and security matters.
