About the IAPP

Stu Eaton is Legal Director, Privacy and Cybersecurity, for Uber where he manages the global privacy function for the company's fastest growing businesses such as Uber Eats and serves as Uber's resident expert on location privacy. In his role, Stu develops privacy strategy, counsels product teams, interpets new policy developments and brings Uber into compliance with new privacy laws and regulations. With more than fifteen years experience advising technology companies, Stu is a recognized leader in the fields of privacy, cybersecurity and  product counseling.
