About the IAPP

Witra (Tim) Chulindra is a pharmacist and an attorney. He is Associate General Counsel – Privacy for Cue Health Inc. where he leads the continued maturity of Cue’s privacy program. He serves as the organization’s privacy subject matter expert and Privacy Officer.  He has previously served in a variety of privacy professional roles in regulatory, compliance, and as a Chief Privacy Officer working with cross-functional teams within small and large organizations. This experience enables him to provide timely and practical advice for his clients. 

His privacy practice is focused on healthcare privacy, and he has advised in a variety of industries including enterprise health systems, pharmacy, life sciences/pharma, clinical research, medical device, and biotechnology.  He is committed to improving access to healthcare for all and he specializes in advising on legal topics that are found at the intersection between healthcare and technology.
