Stephen Mathias is the Senior Resident Partner in the Bangalore office of Kochhar & Co, and co-chair of the firm's Technology Law Practice. Stephen is an experienced technology lawyer with expertise in licensing, outsourcing, internet and e-commerce, privacy and telecom. Stephen is an expert on data privacy law and assists clients in providing Indian law inputs for their multi-country review of data privacy aspects of new business practices. Stephen has also assisted clients on cyber security matters, including advising on breach notifications and strategies relating to civil and criminal remedies.
