About the IAPP

Neelam Jolly is the General Counsel, VP Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer at Paramount Commerce, a payments company operating in multiple jurisdictions. She has been a CPO in various financial services organizations and has extensive experience in designing and implementing privacy programs. 

Ms. Jolly holds a Baccalaureate of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Alberta and a Masters’ in Law from York University. She holds a CIPP/C designation with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), CAMS designation with the Association of Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) and an Advanced Risk Program Certificate from the Wharton School of Business. She currently serves on the IAPP Advisory Appeals Board.
