Cheryl Howard
Cheryl Howard is an attorney in the litigation group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP, and she is also a member of the firm's cybersecurity practice. Her practice includes both civil litigation and white collar investigations. In that capacity, she has managed large-scale document collections and review, both here and overseas, she advises global corporations with respect to compliance with data protection regulations in Europe, Asia and Latin America, and she counsels clients on data breach litigation.
