Anna Kobylanska is an advocate with fifteen years of experience, who was in charge of Data Protection, New Technologies and Intellectual Property in one of the global advisory companies before joining the Kobylanska & Lewoszewski as one of founding partners. Anna specializes in advising clients on the protection of personal data, including clients from the pharmaceuticals, financial services, media and automotive sectors. She regularly conducts projects focused on the analysis and implementation of the provisions of the GDPR. Anna co-authored the book "Protecting personal data in the practice of entrepreneurs". She is also a lecturer at the Center for Intellectual Property of H. Grocjusz in the field of personal data protection. She is a member of the IAPP and member of INTA Committee for the Protection of Personal Data (an international association of trademark law specialists). For the past six years, Anna was recognised by Chambers and Partners Europe as one of leading lawyers in Poland in category TMT: Data Protection. In 2017, her practice was awarded by the Polish legal ranking Polityka Insight in the field Personal Data, as one of most recognised teams in Poland.
