Kellye-Raé Fisher Campbell is an Intellectual Property & Technology Attorney licensed to practise in both New York, USA (2015) and Jamaica (2012). She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) with a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from George Washington University in Washington D.C.  



With over ten (10) years' progressive legal experience supporting varying industries including a tertiary institution, NGOs, SAAS and blockchain technology start-ups, Kellye-Raé has delivered sound legal, risk management and regulatory counsel on a wide range of corporate, data protection & intellectual property matters. 

 

Kellye-Raé sits as a Director for the Caribbean’s first full service eBook platform, BookFusion Limited and is currently the Group Data Privacy Counsel at Digicel Group.



A proud member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals since 2014, and a contributor to OneTrust's Data Guidance, she is focused on helping to develop the privacy and data protection landscape in the Caribbean.
