About the IAPP

Aneta Podsiadla, CIPM, CIPP/E, is a data protection and security professional with over a decade of multinational and cross- sectoral experience. She has had a diverse career history from providing legal advice, managing public policy, serving as a data protection officer to teaching.

In 2013, she was a Fulbright Scholar at the John Marshall Law School - Center for IT & Privacy in Chicago. She is an accredited data protection legal expert by EuroPriSe and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer. She used to serve as a member of the IAPP European Advisory Board, CIPM Exam Development Board and co-chairing the Swiss IAPP KnowledgeNet.
