About the IAPP

Mr. Andrew Hall, provides computer forensic and electronic discovery advisory services to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the North Texas District (USATXN).  Previously, as the founder of E.L.M. Consulting, LLC., Mr. Hall provided consulting and advisory services to the legal community on electronic discovery and law office management. Mr. Hall has managed litigation support departments at several AM top 100 law firms as well as managed law offices while a member of the U.S. Air Force JAG Corp. He is also a former Technology Advisor with the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Hall is a graduate of Regis University, Denver, Colorado with an MBA in International Business. His undergraduate work is in business administration specializing as a paralegal (BSOE) from Wayland Baptist University, Plainview, Texas. Mr. Hall is a Certified Data Privacy Profession (CIPP/US) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a past Co-Chair of the Dallas KnowledgeNet Chapter.
