Dr. Andy Splittgerber, CIPP/E, is a partner at Reed Smith LLP in Munich/Germany. He advises clients on digitization, data protection and emerging technologies. He is passionate about technology and privacy and is a thought leader when it comes to legally evaluating new technologies (e.g. internet of things, artificial intelligence) as well as interpreting and applying new data laws (e.g. laws under the EU Data Strategy).
