About the IAPP

Jazmyn Ferguson is a 2024 J.D. Candidate at the University of Notre Dame Law School and a Summer Associate at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in St. Louis, Missouri. A graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she began her career in the technology and SaaS industry as a Solutions Consultant at LinkedIn. In this role, she empowered nonprofit organizations to uplift their missions through the power of LinkedIn’s over 700-million-member network equipping them with the right tools to find mission-driven talent, share their story, and boost development capabilities through the power of their network. Inspired by her experience at LinkedIn, Jazmyn plans to focus her legal career at the intersection of Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, and Commercial Law. While at the University of Notre Dame, she recently studied in London exploring the comparative analysis of data privacy and AI legislation in the UK, EU, and US.
