Deigo Alvarez, Country Manager for Ecuador at Niubox Legal/Digital. Holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Law, Data Protection, Audiovisual, and Information Society from Carlos III University of Madrid, and certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Space Law from the University of Amsterdam's Institute of Law and Technology.

Founding Partner and former President of the Ecuadorian Data Protection Association, as well as Secretary Director of the Ecuadorian Chamber of Innovation and Technology (CITEC).

With over a decade of experience in international law firms, he is a seasoned international speaker, sharing insights on public policy, digital transformation, innovation, and data protection. He also serves as a professor of digital law and data privacy at leading universities in Ecuador.
