John Cavanaugh, CIPP/US, CIPM
John serves as the Executive of the Cincinnati-based nonprofit, Plunk Foundation.
The Plunk Foundation is a group of academics and professionals deeply committed to finding innovative approaches to promote digital privacy to empower communities.
Previously, John spent 10 years helping college students, veterans, and professionals digitally connect and find community through various grant opportunities and university affiliations.
He currently sits on the Board of the Dan Beard Eagle Scout Association and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. John is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
