About the IAPP

Mara Lieber is counsel in Crowell & Moring LLP's Litigation group in the New York office. Mara has a broad practice with a particular focus on complex financial and commercial matters, as well as class actions, in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts in the United States. Mara handles all aspects of litigation, from fact development, through case management, discovery, motion practice and trial/arbitration. Mara also has experience handling appeals. Most recently, Mara successfully moved to compel arbitration in a putative class action filed in SDNY concerning an alleged data breach.
