About the IAPP

Saba Zia is Senior Counsel with the RBC Law Group where she practices Privacy, Cybersecurity and Accessibility Law. Prior to joining the Privacy and Cybersecurity team and over the last 13 years, Saba’s legal career included a diverse range of specialties including technology and digital law, litigation and employment law at RBC and with an international law firm. Saba’s global legal practice includes advice on incident and breach responses, contract negotiations, advocacy on proposed legislation and support on regulatory compliance with required enterprise-wide policies and procedures.
