Head of Accountability

Duncan leads the accountability organisation at 5Rights where he is responsible for monitoring compliance to data regulations and leading investigations. Duncan also leads on a number of complex policy challenges, such as the development of age assurance technology. Duncan joined 5Rights from the New Economics Foundation where he led the Digital Economy Programme. Duncan has a legal background as well as a decade working in the tech industry for Cisco Systems.
