About the IAPP

Erin Butler is a Global Privacy and Cyber Risk Lead at Under Armour. She is responsible for managing third-party risk management and consumer data protection. Erin is a U.S. Army veteran with a background in information technology and cyber security. Through her previous roles and education, she discovered a passion for the field of data privacy. In addition to working in the military, she has formerly worked as a Security Awareness Lead in state government and an Information Security/Data Privacy Officer in the beverage industry. Erin holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Operations and Leadership, a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy, and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management.
