Giorgio Siracusa is a Senior Global HR Consultant, Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Data Privacy expert. As a IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy (CIPP-E, CIPP-US and CIPM), he advises senior management in Organization Governance, Risk Management, and Transformation. Giorgio is a passionate trainer and public speaker, as he believes that capabilities and skills can only be built effectively through direct communication and high-quality training.
In his former executive career at Procter & Gamble, Giorgio had several HR leadership roles in the US, Italy, Poland, Belgium, and Switzerland. These include 13 years as Senior VP HR – Europe where he oversaw GDPR implementation for the region’s 40’000 employees. Giorgio championed HR as a strategic function for the $16bn European P&G business with a focus on enterprise-wide strategy formulation / execution, productivity, and organizational transformation. Giorgio is a graduate of the London School of Economics and of the American University, with degrees in economics and international relations. He speaks English, Italian and French.
