Bartolome Martin
Bartolome Martin is a partner in Squire Patton Boggs’ Madrid office. With almost 20 years of professional practice advising national and international clients on technology transformation and (more recently) digital transformation projects, his data protection experience covers all aspects of data protection, including: the design and implementation of GDPR compliance exercises (such as the one that is the subject of this proposal), the drafting and negotiation of international data transfer agreements, the design of cross-border data protection systems, audits, DPO support, risk analysis exercises and privacy impact assessments. He also has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of technology agreements, outsourcing and distribution agreements (including agency and franchising) and all types of commercial and intellectual property matters (trademarks, copyright, software, licensing, e-commerce advice, entertainment law) and other areas of law, including international trade (import/export) and online gaming.
