Gintarė Pažereckaitė, Ph.D., is legal officer at the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) Secretariat. She has over 10 years of professional experience in European Union law, human rights law and data protection in public and private sectors. At the EDPB, Gintarė focuses on data protection in the field of technology, including artificial intelligence, and such topics as privacy by design, confidentiality of communications, anonymization and data breaches.
