About the IAPP

Ilana Singer is a passionate and experienced privacy professional who has built global privacy and data programs from scratch at rapidly scaling companies. She is a senior privacy manager at Block, a global fintech company. She was previously the Global Privacy Lead at Afterpay, a buy now pay later service that integrates with Merchant stores online and in-store. Singer was previously a privacy and data protection manager at Deloitte and a privacy lawyer at what is now the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner. She started her career in international criminal law. Singer sits on the ANZ Advisory Board of the IAPP.
