Motunrayo is a highly skilled Privacy Professional, with a legal background and experience in Privacy & Data Protection, Risk & Compliance and Technology advisory. She has assisted several multinational organizations in achieving seamless and continuous high-level compliance with privacy requirements under the GDPR, UAE PDPL and the applicable data protection laws in countries where they operate.
Motunrayo started her career at an international law firm, advising giant technology and media companies on their product compliance and data protection obligations, including consent mechanisms, data subject access requests, vendor management, data protection by design, data transfers etc. She subsequently joined an information technology startup in Dubai, leading privacy and legal compliance in the company. Motunrayo now works with as a Privacy Specialist at a global investment holding company in Dubai.
Motunrayo is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in Europe (CIPP/E) and is also a certified OneTrust Privacy and GRC Professional.
