About the IAPP

Mayesha holds the CIPP/US and is a OneTrust Privacy Fellow, as Mayesha has completed and received eleven certifications for all of the required OneTrust modules. Mayesha has implemented and set-up data inventories for privacy clients, supported NIST privacy initiatives, and online tracking technology projects. 

Mayesha’s experience includes serving clients through enforcement and litigation situations involving potential/alleged fraud and abuse (False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act). In addition, Mayesha has conducted risk assessments and remediation of manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, marketing and sales departments. Mayesha spends most of her professional advisory time providing support in Independent Review Organizations (IRO), privacy, data analytics, compliance program development, and risk assessment and mitigation matters involving life sciences companies.
