Han Le – Legal Director/Privacy Legal Lead – Vietnam and Indochina markets

Han is the Legal Director of Pfizer Vietnam and also in charge of Indochina markets. Before joining Pfizer Vietnam, Han worked at two reputable international law firms Hogan Lovells (then Lovells) and Rouse.

With nearly 20 years of legal expertise, Han has become a guiding force adept at harmonizing law, business, and risk management to offer strategic counsel that optimizes business trajectories while mitigating potential risks. Han helps protect the Pfizer’s assets and reputation while demonstrating the Pfizer’s values of Equity, Excellence, and Courage.

Furthermore, Han is the Privacy Legal Lead and is responsible for implementing cutting-edge privacy regulations and frameworks. She leads the rollout of robust data governance and protection mechanisms, ensuring the company’s alignment with stringent global data privacy norms. Her visionary leadership in this domain raises the awareness of data privacy and protection, mitigates risks and fortifies the trust of stakeholders, optimizing business trajectories.
