Jevan Hutson, CIPP/A/E/US, CIPT, CIPM, FIP, is a member of the David Wright Tremaine LLP’s privacy and security practice group. Jevan is a respected expert and thought leader on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) ethics, law, and policy. He has in-house experience advising major tech companies on incident response, generative AI policy, machine learning transparency, and other traditional and emerging concerns in privacy, cybersecurity, and AI law. He regularly publishes articles on the legal, ethical, and technical issues facing developers and purveyors of new technologies, leveraging deep knowledge in the space to serve his clients on strategies to evaluate and mitigate their biggest challenges.
