About the IAPP

Rachel is the Deputy General Counsel and privacy officer at Suzy, Inc., a market research SaaS company. Rachel was the company’s first privacy hire, responsible for creating and leading the company’s privacy program and Privacy Information Management System (ISO 27701). She also oversees AI Governance, co-leads the company's audit team, sits on the Information Security and Privacy Council, and leads the product counseling function.

Rachel has over 9 years of legal experience, including previous work as a litigator in the areas of regulatory compliance, government investigations, and complex e-discovery (including supervised and unsupervised AI/ML learning).
