Felipe has more than eight years of experience in national and international legal advice in TMT, Startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, cybersecurity, Privacy, Data Protection, corporate law, and dispute resolution.



He has a Master's degree in international business law from IE Law School (LLM – IBL), and additionally, he studied a Master's degree in Legal Tech from the same university.



He completed an exchange program at the National University of Singapore in Singapore, focused on non-renewable resource law and Privacy, Data Protection, and TMT. Furthermore, he completed a Legal Project Management program at IE Law School (Madrid) and is certified as a Legal Project Practitioner (LPP) by the International Institute of Legal Project Management.



He is a lawyer from the University of the Hemispheres of Ecuador, where he received an honorable mention in his degree thesis entitled "mining royalties in mining contracts in Ecuadorian law."



He is the organizing founder of the chapter of Legal Hackers in Quito and founder of the digital platform unalaw.com. Moreover, he has been invited to participate in the Working Groups of the Specialized, Permanent Commission on Sovereignty, Integration, International Relations and Integral Security of the National Assembly of Ecuador, to discuss and propose amends to the "Data Protection Law Project."
