Cristiane Manzueto is a Senior Counsel in Rio de Janeiro Office. With over 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property, Cristiane handles the full spectrum of intellectual property work from litigation to licensing, strategic advice and portfolio management. On data privacy side, Cristiane is an active member of the global Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice and works counselling clients on complete projects to comply with the data protection legislation, development of strategies to manage legal risks and to shape LATAM frameworks. She has been performing and assisting Clients on diagnostic reports, preparing and reviewing documents (contracts, policies, corporate rules, global corporate standards, codes of ethics), carrying out international transfers of personal data, performing privacy and data protection and cybersecurity trainings, among other activities related to Privacy and Data Protection. Cristiane has particular experience advising on privacy and cybersecurity primarily focused on manufacturing, infrastructure, energy and Financial industries.
