About the IAPP

Federica is a global data privacy expert, an attorney, a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/EU), a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) by IAPP. She currently works at the Global Privacy Office of Capital Group, one of the world’s largest investment management organizations where she deals with global privacy law requirements and acts as a subject matter expert for data processing agreements. In the past, she worked for a tech company specialized in the collection of geospatial data enabling the Metaverse, Digital Twins and GIS Mapping and helped organizations with compliance requirements. She is a published author of a book that empowers women in cybersecurity and she got nominated as a Top 40 Under 40 professional in cybersecurity and data protection. Her legal mind, ambition and international background is what allows her to stand out as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced privacy professionals.
