About the IAPP

Julieta is member of Marval O’Farrell Mairal´s Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Privacy Department since 2019. Her main area of practice is intellectual property, information technology, data protection & privacy matters. Julieta has relevant working experience on advising clients in matters mainly related to IP and IT agreements and queries; preparing anti-counterfeiting and trademark protection strategies; reviewing and preparing privacy documents; preparing domain name claims before the WIPO; among other IP, privacy and data protection matters. Julieta is a law student from the University of Buenos Aires with a specialization in Civil Law.
