Martha Gaitan Luque, CIPP/E
Martha is lawyer from the Faculty of Jurisprudence of Universidad del Rosario, with Diplomas on Commercial Law and International Law (Bogotá, Colombia). Martha has a specialization degree in Commercial Law from Universidad Javeriana and a Certification on Corporate Compliance from Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia). In 2017, she became a party of the corporate law practice of OlarteMoure, where she advised clients from several juristicions on corporate matters, from a perspective of protection of intangible assets. Currently, she is a senior associate for the data privacy practice. Martha is also a member of the Colombian Association for Data and Privacy (ADAPRI).
